Extracurricular Activities for Spring Term 1 2026
The application deadline has now closed and places have been allocated. There are still places for some activities. Please apply via the link below from Wednesday 7th January. Second round activity places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Extra-curricular activities run from w/c 12th January to w/c 2nd February 2026 (4 week block).

Girls’ Dance for Performance with Ms Connor I am a ISTD dancing teacher who runs Dance Clubs at The Maynard School. This Club is for girls who enjoy dance and will culminate in a performance on March 20th at The Maynard School, during the school day. The competition will be on 20th March and the girls will be accompanied by school staff. Parents are welcome to the performance – times TBC. By signing up for the club, you are giving permission for your child to take part. |

- All activities run from 3.10pm - 4pm and collection will be from the back gate (Matford Lane). PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE STAFF CAR PARK FOR PICK UP.
- All activities cost £10 for a block of 4 sessions (£2.50 per session). This is a non-refundable charge.
All of our school-run Extracurricular Activities are completely free for all children in receipt of Pupil Premium funding. If you think you could be entitled to Free School Meals/Pupil Premium, please confirm your eligibility via Online Free School Meals.
We will do our very best to avoid cancelling activities but if it is unavoidable, we will notify parents via an app message as soon as possible. Please ensure the school office have your up to date contact details and you have access to the MCAS app.
